About this role:

Reporting directly into the Global Strategic Customer Manager/Partner/Director or Managing Director and support Strategic Customers global organisation.

Global Strategic Customer Relationship Coordinator is responsible for coordinating all queries of the global strategic customer relationship team, supporting customer service to implementing the Account Strategies for our portfolio of customers liaising across the function and cross-functionally. 

Primary Responsibilities: 

 * Support the team with daily partnership with clients for development and success of Global Strategic Customer Accounts.
 * Analyze, prepare, and deliver data of clients to support team to deliver on activity targets and achieve retention goals and play an active role in creating strategical insights
 * Coordinating all the requests of clients
 * Understand an assigned book of business, sales strategies
 * Ensure regular update and flow of information (Clients, projects, successes, challenges etc.)
 * Assist with client requirements as assigned.
 * Proactively support customer service by working closely across teams
 * Work collaboratively with the Global Strategic Customer Success team


Perfil del candidato

* Previous working experience in business development or sales support is highly valued
 * Experience in working with diverse individuals in cross-functional teams. Able to learn and apply skills quickly.
 * Excellent communication, written and presentation skills
 * Ability to shift priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
 * Fluent in English, any other languages are a plus
