Global multinational leader in its sector is looking for a Consolidation & Internal control manager to manage the consolidation of all the entities of the company globally. Description * Lead the Group consolidation process, including yearly and monthly results (French GAAP and IFRS), budgets, rolling forecasts, yearly re-forecasts at the end of each quarter. * Be responsible for inter-co and margin on inventories reconciliation, consolidation elimination * Be responsible for all subsidiaries equity accounts reconciliation (statutory audited ones vs consolidated ones), * Assess on a yearly basis the goodwill through impairment test * Prepare yearly reports for statutory accounts. * Answer to the questions and requests from Group auditors, management, shareholders. * Administrate the consolidation tool: creation and reduction of entities (merge, acquisition, sales) and accounts, training to users,… * Monthly controls on subsidiaries balance sheet, P&L and operating cash accounts variation, * Support internal control improvement plans, in line with Group guidelines and procedures, leading or participating to missions to the subsidiaries, requiring short term travels in foreign countries. * Follow-up of operational cash reporting (actual and forecast) * One shot projects (new procedures, accounting guideline update, improvement of reporting and consolidation tools) Profile * 5 to 10 years experience, with successful missions in similar positions. * Proven skills for onsite and distant auditing, * Practice of IFRS and eventually French Gaaps * Practice of SAP or Hyperion tools * Languages : English with French and/or Spanish * Short term business trip in subsidiaries located in foreign countries * Capacity to interact efficiently with distant and multi-cultural teams. * Strong loyalty and transparency attitude with his directs and functional hierarchy. * Proactive, reactive, problem solving and results oriented. * Team player and hands on. Job Offer The successful candidate will live during 9 months of the first year in France as part of the training process. Please apply only if you think you can live 9 months in France.
