Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza

Join us for a unique opportunity to showcase two one-of-a-kind lifestyle hotel brands coming to the idyllic Cala Llonga beach in Ibiza.

Mondrian Ibiza is a sleek wonderland with 154 guest rooms and highly designed public spaces, including an expansive terrace with bay views.

Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise and showcase for music and nightlife, featuring 401 rooms with natural textures and artisan touches.

Together the properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets, ranging from premium sushi to ocean-to-table Balearic fare, all highly programmed.

The hotels are operated by Ennismore, the fastest growing lifestyle hospitality company, in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga, owned by Apollo.

Job Description

What you’ll do:

· Assist with the check-in/check-out process and provide a warm, personalized greeting.
· Contact guests to ensure everything is to their satisfaction (courtesy calls, in-person visits).
· Coordinate details for anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays, or specific guest preferences.
· Listen to guest concerns, log incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems promptly.
· Ensure housekeeping, room service, maintenance, etc., are aligned with guest expectations.
· Arrange special in-room touches for VIP or returning guests, following hotel protocols.
· Assist with surveys, departure interviews, and review monitoring on online platforms.
· Record preferences, habits, and useful notes for future stays.

Requisitos

· EU nationality is required.
· Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
· Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
