Requisitos

What we’re looking for:
· Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
· Strong expertise in Greek cuisine and traditional cooking techniques
· A hands-on leadership style with a focus on quality and accountability
· Solid knowledge of food costing, kitchen operations, and compliance
