We are currently recruiting a Concierge to support the daily operation of ORA Residences and provide a high standard of customer service to residents, visitors, and contractors.

Requisitos

.What we’re looking for:
· Previous experience in a Concierge, Front Office, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Residential Services role is considered an asset
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· A professional, courteous, and service-oriented approach
· Ability to manage resident requests efficiently and discreetly
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Confidence in handling enquiries, deliveries, visitor access, and general administrative tasks
· Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure
· Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an asset
· Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
· Please note: Due to operational requirements, we are currently considering applications from candidates who are already residing in Malta or who hold a valid EU/EEA passport and are eligible to work in Malta.
