Multinational company is looking for a Head of Finance with at least 4 years of work experience as a Finance Manager or similar and a very high English level. Experience in accounting is a must.

Description

The selected candidate will be responsible of the following responsibilities:

* Manages the department activities by coordinating, training and coaching the team under her responsibility.
* Establishes the working procedures and assigns responsibilities in her department as required.

* Prepares and deliver monthly reports to HQ as requested regarding finance information.

* Prepares with MD yearly budgets and periodic forecasts of P&L and Balance Sheet.

* Controls expenses, selling prices, over dues and any other issue that may have an impact on economical performance.

* Makes sure that all internal standards in terms of quality and working processes and environmental and safety rules are followed in her department.

* Prepares payments to suppliers and vendors.

* Supervises contracts with employees and temporary workers.

* Transfers monthly payrolls to all the employees.

* Makes sure that all legal requirements regarding taxes, permissions and certifications are fulfilled, as well as yearly control of maintenance contracts and insurance coverage.

Profile

* Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.
* At least 4 years of work experience as a Finance Manager or similar.
* Fluent English.
* Communication skills.

* Team orientated.

* Experience in accounting.

* Flexibility.

* Capability for resolving problems.

* IT tools excellent knowledge (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, AX).

* Multitask capability, problem solving and critical thinking.
