Funciones

As Head of Global Ops you will drive the store global operations, supervising brand standards, training plan execution, Store Excellence Checks and mystery shoppers visits.
 * Prepare all documents for all global processes and policies and make necessary recommendations to improve processes.
 * Administer all operating data and transactions for various billings and assist in efficient renewals.
 * Prepare and interact with all analytical dashboards and prepare ad hoc reports within appropriate timeframe.
 * Monitor all activities associate with business operations and ensure compliance to all accounting principles in everyday transactions.
 * Ensure optimal level of customer services and provide efficient training to all staff members and ensure effective deliverables.
 * Coordinate with client program management and analyze client requirements to resolve all issues in various operations.
 * Manage all communication with staff and maintain knowledge of all employee performance and ensure achievement of all business objectives.
 * Monitor effective implementation of all tools to improve operations (Store Excellence Check and Mystery Shoppers) and increase profit.
 * Implement training plans and guidelines for new and existing products & service.
 * Coach and prepare new employees of the corporate stores and franchisees.
 * Create and execute continuing trainings, ongoing training for personnel every three months in every store.
 * Coordination and communication between support and business functions to support opening & preopening store.

Requisitos

* 8+ years of operation manager working experience in chain stores
* Working experience in franchise business and a global company preferred.
* Hands on, Decision-making and leadership skills
* Sound communication and engagement skill with local and global stakeholders
* Skill level of written and speaking in English
* Solid Problem analysis and problem-solving
* Based in Barcelona
