Funciones

A fast-growing renewable energy company is looking for a strategic, hands-on Head of People & Culture to lead the HR function and drive a people-first culture aligned with the business goals in Spain.

The Head of People & Culture will drive all people-related strategies, including talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
People Strategy: Lead and execute people strategies to support business growth and innovation.
Talent Acquisition: Build and execute a recruitment strategy to attract top talent in energy, engineering, and technology fields.
Organizational Development: Optimize the organizational structure and ensure alignment with business objectives. Drive change management as we expand.
Culture & Engagement: Foster a high-performance, inclusive culture and drive employee engagement initiatives. Ensure a positive employee experience across all locations.
Leadership Development: Implement leadership development programs to grow internal talent and build a strong succession pipeline.
Diversity & Inclusion: Champion DEI initiatives and ensure diverse hiring practices. Monitor/a and report progress on diversity goals.
HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and efficiency in processes like payroll, onboarding, and benefits administration.

Requisitos

Experience: 8+ years in HR, with 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally within the renewable energy or similar industries.
Skills: Proven experience in talent management, organizational development, and leading cultural transformations.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Spanish labor laws and HR best practices.
Leadership: Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive change.
