Funciones

-Overseeing the work of the post department team and supporting them where necessary.
-Ensure all projects are adequately resourced by the best team members, freelancers or partners, to deliver on time and on budget.
-Support the Post Producers with the planning of post-production work, ensuring appropriate time is allocated to each project.
-Have a deep understanding of budgets.
-You must know how to remain within budget, including cutting costs as necessary.
-Capacity of negotiating with international and external clients.
-Ensure that all tasks in the final stages of a project's production are finished on time and within budget.
-Oversee biding and project budgeting
-Work with Creative leadership, to ensure we are delivering projects to the expected quality level.
-Coordinate with the CEO and Managing Director ensuring we align to strategies of the company.
-Coordinate effectively with different departments (Production, Edit, Grade, CG Comp)
-Establish schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for all projects in post production
-Advising on hardware and software related to post-production
-Working with Internal IT to ensure adequate storage and back-up solutions are in place as well as file sharing methodologies.
-Working with Asset Management to ensure all parties are fully coordinated throughout the life of each project.
-Supporting the development of individuals within the post team, ensuring they are on a path for future growth and success.
-Evaluate technical workflows to ensure maximum efficiency.

Requisitos

-10+ years experience with a proven track record managing postproduction of video content
-Excellent organizational skills and ability to liaise with different departments efficiently
-Ability to motivate staff and lead teams effectively
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills
