Our client is a leading provider of business SMS marketing services. They are experts in communication services, providing their clients with an interesting, fast, reliable, and cost-effective way of keeping in touch with their customers and staff. They are creative in their way of approaching and keeping in touch with customers all over the world. It is a young, innovative company with offices in the UK and in Spain.

They are looking for a new talented Head of Sales to join their dynamic team in their headquarters in Málaga. 

As Head of Sales, your responsibilities include:
- Managing a team of 2 sales executive
- Setting KPI's for your team and make sure they succeed in their work
- Analyzing data to identify sales opportunity
- Analyzing sales data and budget
- Establishing and adjusting the selling process by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
- Growing and maintaining existing customer base by offering personalized attention
- Increasing sales by cold leads, if needed

Requisitos

Key Languages:
- Native level of Spanish
- Advanced level of English

Core Skills/Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- 1 year of experience in team management
- Knowledge of the technological and marketing sector
- Goal-oriented person, able to lead his/her team to success
- Excellent selling and negotiation skills
- Great strategizing and planning skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Self-motivated professional, who shows dynamism and an ambitious attitude
