We are currently looking for a Payroll Executive to join our dynamic team.

The Job
Managing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
Accurately calculating salaries and resolving payroll issues
Monitoring and compiling monthly payroll reports
Responding to employee payslip queries and providing clear support
Preparing FS5 forms and submitting FS7 online
Assisting with any other payroll-related duties as assigned

Requisitos

O’ Level education, with 1-2 years of payroll experience
Strong skills in Excel and Word—Excel proficiency is essential
Experience with Indigo payroll software is a plus
Good command of both Maltese and English
