The Back Office expert must carry out administrative procedures related to the credit agreements and associated documentation and authorize financing with security and in accordance with credit rules and policy. Descripción de la oferta * Assess the admissibility and the solvency of applications from the analysis realized on the basis of the acceptance guide, rules of granting and the procedure of the company * Check the documentation defined as mandatory for credit contracts and other applicable services (e.g. insurance, car registration); * Request the sales responsibles the missing data or documentation for the credit contracts; * Receive and process documentation pending in the files awaiting funding; * Carry out data verification surveys with contracting parties, employers and points of sale, whenever required; * Pre-validate the scanned documentation in the storage systems; * Authorize the financing of contracts in the computer system; * Carry out the telephone service or other communication channels made available by the JV, to clarify matters related to the financing of contracts; * Management and control of pending documents, including the automobile, as well as preparing and verifying the contracts to be sent for archiving; * Support commercial areas * Implement appropriate dashboards to monitor the activity and ensure service level agreement achievement * Propose and implement workflow optimization actions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction Perfil del candidato * Degree in Business Management or Economy * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar functions * Strong interpersonal skills * Entrepreneurship skills * Ability to evaluate in a challenging and fast growing environment * Strategic vision * Management skills * Business oriented * Organization and planning; * Results oriented; * Ability to work as a team; * Ability to analyze and treat statistical data, * Knowledge for information reporting; * Effective oral and written communication Oferta de empleo Important professional growth
