Funciones

Multinational logistic company is looking for a Health & Safety Specialist for the HR department.

The chosen candidate will be responsible of the following functions:
 * Define, analyze and improve Health & Safety & Environmental performance management.
 * Drafting and carrying out the risk assessment & evaluation (RIE) at company and location level.
 * Carrying out an accident at work and incident investigations, analyzes and periodic reviews at the locations.
 * Advising management, management and works council on the policy in the area of ??occupational health and safety at work (solicited and unsolicited) in which line management is responsible.
 * Advising on new processes and procedures.
 * Managing projects that are directly aimed at improving safety and health and environmental.
 * Advising the communication departments regarding communication regarding Occupational Health and Safety at Work and Prevention & Protection.
 * Develop and manage the stakeholder analysis process in accordance with the set standards (ISO / OHSAS / SASB / OSHA).
 * Managing customer needs in the field of occupational health and safety at work.
 * Develop, implement and continuously improve the integrated management system in accordance with the set standards (ISO / OHSAS / SASB).
 * Surveillance with regard to Occupational Health & Safety at Work / Prevention & Protection, including medical examinations, workplace examinations and emergency response / EIP / first aid in collaboration with the company doctor in compliance with legislation and regulations.
 * Supervising internal and external audits and visits in cooperation with the audit departments and/or authorities involved

Requisitos

The chosen candidate should have the following skills:
 * Bachelor working and thinking level or equivalent.
 * Analytical, conceptual and innovative thinking ability.
 * Experience with change management, risk and incident research.
 * Project and change management experience.
 * In possession of H&S Diploma to ensure proper understanding of relevant Health, Safety, environment and DG regulations
 * At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
 * Current knowledge of relevant H & S legislation, such as Spain legislation and regulations.
 * Current knowledge of ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 or comparable standard and ISO 14001
 * Good command of the Spanish and English language, in word and writing.
 * Well-developed advice and presentation skills.
 * Good social and communication skills, both oral and written.
 * Available for travelling
