Synchronised Solution is recruiting healthcare assistants to work in a beautiful care home located in Denham, Buckinghamshire. The care home provides care for up to 44 elderly residents and specialises nursing and dementia care. The home is ideally equipped to provide support for elderly people living with different types of dementia, including Alzheimer’s disease, vascular dementia and Korsacoff’s syndrome. The care home has been rated “Good” across all categories by the care quality commission. The home has over 3 acres of landscaped gardens.

The conditions offered are very competitive including a permanent guaranteed hour contract of 48 hours per week offering a starting hourly rate of £8.55.

Further to an excellent permanent contract, you will receive first class benefits, such as:
