Synchronised Solution is delighted to be working with one of the best care home groups in the UK. The group is the most recommended care home operator of the UK.
We are currently looking for caring and compassionate healthcare assistants (M/F). There are vacancies in great locations such as Chipping Norton (Oxfordshire), Sunningdale (Berkshire), Chipping Campden, (Gloucestershire), Wimborne (Dorset), Denham and Aylesbury (Buckinghamshire), Bexhill-on-Sea (East Sussex), Rendlesham (Suffolk).
The homes provide different types of care including nursing care, dementia care, residential care, day care, respite and convalescent care. The main goal is to deliver the best quality care everywhere, every day, and tailored services chosen by residents and their families.
To be considered you won’t necessarily need to have previous care experience with older people in residential care (although it would ideal). You will need to be caring, compassionate, patient, organised and great with people.
You have to be flexible to work on a rota basis and alternate weekends. The shifts are 12 hours.
Our client offers fantastic working conditions and relocation benefits (all offer details clear from the start):
-Starting salary of £7.83 per hour with an average of 42 hours per week (£17429 year) with the possibility of doing extra hours (salary can be higher depending on experience/location)

We will be conducting regular Skype interviews with the client . To book your place you need to send your updated English CV.
Selected candidates will be expected to start within 4-8 weeks after the final interview.
