Funciones

-Are you looking for a challenge in a Multinational Company? Do you have the necessary technical knowledge?
Selectiva is looking fora Help Desk 24/7for the headquarters of a multinational company based in Madrid.
Your main role will be to Resolve Technichal Issues to the customers through phone and chat.

-The successful candidate must have extraordinary oral and written communication skills and be fluent in English (C1). Other languages would be a plus.

-Your areas of responsabilities include:
-Software key management and entitlement verification.
-Website guidance.
-Web monitoring support.
