Workaway International was established in 1999 and has since developed the Workaway International program, which operates by providing support for the candidate in the country of destination, offering transportation from the airport to the accommodation, from the accommodation to the country club, and so on. 

We are recruiting for prestigious Country Clubs in Palm Beach/Florida in USA:
Line Cook (Kitchen Staff)
Waiter/Server 
Hostess and Receptionists
Bartenders
Housekeepers

WORKAWAY INTERNATIONAL Program
The Workaway International program aims to place and integrate Hospitality professionals in some of the most prestigious country clubs in the USA, providing them with an unforgettable life experience and great career boost.

Workaway International program duration:
Winter program - 6 to 8 months, in Palm Beach, Florida; 
Summer program - 4 to 6 months, in New York (open only to participants in the Winter program) 
Winter program start: October 2018

Requisitos

- Age between 18 to 29; Kitchen Staff until 39 years old;
- Spanish nationality;
- An excelent Level of English (mandatory);
- Availability to work 8 months in Palm Beach/Florida;
- Professional Experience on the position that you are applying for of 3 Months or plus.

Se ofrece

BENEFITS:
- Paid Flight travels for USA and the return for Spain;
-Accomodation and support in Plam Beach/Florida (transfer from the airport, accommodation, etc.) provided  and managed by Workaway International;
- Administrative support before departing for USA.
 
SALARIES:
LINE COOK (after expenses between 940€ to 980€ per month + extra hours paid $20,25 ap. 17€/hour): Gross Salary 1.800€/month in 40 Hours per Week. Net Salary deducting the accommodation, federal taxes and social security between 940€ to 980€ + extra hours.

BARTENDER (after expenses between 850€ to 900€ per month + extra hours paid $19,02 ap. 16€/hour): Gross Salary 1.700€/month in 40 Hours per Week. Net Salary deducting the accommodation, federal taxes and social security between 850€ to 900€ + extra hours.

HOSTESS/RECEPTIONIST (after expenses between 700€ to 730€ per month + extra hours paid $16,88 ap. 14,50€/hour): Gross Salary 1.500€/month in 40 Hours per Week. Net Salary deducting the accommodation, federal taxes and social security between 700€ to 730€ per month + extra hours.

WAITER or SERVER (after expenses between 850€ to 900€ per month + extra hours paid $19,02 ap. 16€/hour): Gross Salary 1.700€/month in 40 Hours per Week. Net Salary deducting the accommodation, federal taxes and social security between 850€ to 900€ per month + extra hours.

HOUSEKEEPER (after expenses between 700€ to 730€ per month + extra hours paid $16,88 ap. 14€/hour): Gross Salary 1.500€/month in 40 Hours per Week. Net Salary deducting the accommodation, federal taxes and social security between 700€ to 730€ per month + extra hours.
YOU MUST TO SEND YOUR APPLICATION UNTIL JUNE/2018, because we need to follow the below steps:
1- Interview with Talents Consultants during June
2- Face to face and Final Interview with the Country Club during July, IN PORTUGAL (Porto or Lisbon). You must to be available for travel for Portugal for the final interview.
3- Organize the Documents during August and September
4- Start to work on the beginning of October in Palm Beach/Florida.
