Funciones

Responsibilities & duties: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival. Manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements efficiently. Escort guests to their tables and provide menus. Maintain constant communication with the floor and management team regarding table status and guest flow. Ensure a seamless and elevated guest experience from arrival to departure. Answer phone calls, manage booking systems, and respond to guest inquiries. Handle waitlists and walk
- in guests with excellent customer service. Maintain a polished appearance and uphold fine dining service standards. Coordinate with servers and management to accommodate special requests and VIP guests. Monitor the entrance and dining room atmosphere to ensure organization and elegance. Previous experience in hospitality, fine dining, luxury hotels, or high
- end customer service preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast
- paced environment. Professional appearance and polished demeanor. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Exceptional guest service and attention to detail. Experience using reservation systems. Ability to work evenings, eventually mornings andweekendsFluent Spanish and English required; additional languages are a plus. Team
