We are seeking dedicated and detail - oriented Housekeeping Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across guest rooms and public areas, contributing directly to a seamless and memorable guest experience. The ideal candidate is meticulous, quality - focused, and takes pride in delivering consistently high standards of work. Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury or high - end hospitality environment will be considered an advantage. Duties & Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms in accordance with established standards, including changing linens, Replenish room amenities, towels, linens, and guest supplies as required. Inspect guest rooms to ensure all lighting, electronics, and in - room equipment are functioning correctly, and promptly report any malfunctions to the relevant departments. Report maintenance issues or special guest requests to the appropriate departments in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms. Regularly vacuum, mop and dust public spaces to maintain a pristine appearance. Carry out scheduled rotation and deep - cleaning duties as assigned. Replenish supplies in public areas, including restroom amenities and guest essentials. Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail when cleaning and arranging guest rooms and public areas, ensuring the highest standards at all times. Return, clean, and restock the housekeeping trolley at the end of each shift. Provide a high level of service by responding promptly to guest requests and attending to guest needs with professionalism and courtesy. Respects guest privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times. Work collaboratively with housekeeping colleagues to ensure efficient room turnaround and effective task allocation. Communicates effectively with other departments to coordinate guest needs and special requirements. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and colleagues. Handle, store, and dispose of cleaning chemicals, materials, and waste in accordance with hotel policies and safety guidelines. Carries out other job - related duties as assigned in support of hotel operations Previous experience in a housekeeping role, ideally within a luxury or high - end hospitality environment. Strong attention to detail and dedication to delivering impeccable cleaning standards. Effective time management skills, with the ability to complete tasks efficiently within established timeframes. Ability to work independently while also contributing positively as part of a team, adapting to fluctuating operational demands. Good communication skills, with fluency in the English language. Sound knowledge of the safe and correct use of cleaning chemicals, materials, and housekeeping equipment.
