Proceso de selección continuo
• HR administrative tasks execution: employee registrations and cancellations, payroll review, and payment, social benefits… • Accounting of staff costs and social benefits. • Elaboration of reports. • Provide personal attention to IE University employees. • Ensure compliance with IE University's internal policy.
A qualified candidate will have a strong desire to work in a multicultural environment and have a track record demonstrating the following skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations or Business Administration. • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Spanish. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: MS Word, MS Excel. • Excellent accounting knowledge. • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and perfectionist. • Comfortable working with people: you will be involved in multiple sensible issues with the different employees. • Willing to present initiative and responsibility for the processes. • Ideally, you will also present experience working with the payroll system Meta4.
