Descripción de la oferta

El candidato seleccionado deberá realizar las siguientes tareas:

 * Business partner for the Iberia Commercial management team. A trusted influence advisor who uses their skills and expertise to make a real impact on the local business.

 * Helps to develop the local working environment in line with corporate values & company culture. Works with the management team to develop a culture of innovation, customer focus, empowerment and teamwork.

 * Helps to create communication plans to successfully transmit the mission, vision & values into the organization.

 * Encourages a local leadership team style that is in line with company values.

 * Responsible for implementing local and global HR policies and programs, especially those focused upon training and development to help to retain, develop & attract talented people.

 * Partners with the local management team to design, develop and Implement local development plans.

 * Supports the Regional HR Manager and the Country Manager with employee development reviews, succession planning and definition of career development plans, to ensure the successful identification, development and retention of the critical talent in the business.

 * Coordinates & monitors performance management reviews with local managers.

 * Helps to develop and maintain with managers, EMEA HR and the HR Advisor for Iberia Operations (the local distribution center), a successful local employer brand image.
 * Leads local climate and employee engagement/satisfaction studies/analysis by supporting managers on the creation and implementation of action plans and monitors them to help to support the functional managers and ensure successful follow up.
 * Coordinates the recruitment processes in the Commercial organization with internal/external stakeholders. Hiring managers are always the people ultimately accountable for their own recruitment with full support from HR. Acting as a key user of the Taleo recruitment system, creating and closing requisitions as required for the region and ensuring all correct approvals are obtained.

 * Responsible for the creation of EAFs (employee actions forms), employment offers and contracts, working with managers on the onboarding of new hires and the management of local temporary staff agencies.

 * Ensures that the HR systems (Oracle HCM, Chris21 and Docuware) for the Iberian Commercial entity are fully up to date to provide a streamlined system for employee data storage and reporting.

 * Oversees the various remuneration plans - MIPs, LIPs and SIPs.
 * Owner of all local labour regulatory affairs. Employment law: provides advice and guidance to managers and supervisors in relation to employment law, regulations and Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs). Supports managers where required with local disciplinary processes. 

 * Support manager with the resolution of labour conflicts.
 * Monitors the hourly control of employees by following the newly introduced government laws in Spain


Perfil del candidato

El candidato seleccionado deberá reunir los siguientes requisitos:

 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build and develop good relationships with stakeholders and teams essential

 * Ability to analyse complex issues and data and proactively recommend and implement practical solutions within a complex commercial environment

 * An international mindset - culturally aware, flexible and pragmatic

 * Strong data analysis/numerical skills

 * Strong project management skills

 * Attention to detail and highly organised

 * Team player with a very flexible attitude and approach

 * Working knowledge of labor regulations in Spain (ideally Portugal too)

 * Experience of designing different remuneration programs is desirable

 * Fluent in Spanish, written & spoken.

 * Fluent in English written and spoken.
