Funciones

HR and Payroll Specialist with Portuguese, Spanish & English will be responsible for:
Full
cycle payroll management for Portugal.
Personnel administration: contracts, onboarding/offboarding, leave and absence management, and employee records.
Ensure compliance with Portuguese labor laws and internal HR policies.
Coordinate with the finance department on payroll
related costs and provisions.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and labor regulations.
Participate in recruitment processes: job postings, CV screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
Support onboarding processes and follow
up with new hires.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
Assist in managing employee benefits and insurance.

Requisitos

Required for HR and Payroll Specialist with Portuguese, Spanish & English:
University degree in Labor Relations, Law, Human Resources, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll and personnel administration.
Solid knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation.
Experience in recruitment processes.
Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (spoken and written) .
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and team
oriented.
Willingness to travel occasionally; valid driver's license required.
