The selected candidate will own HR responsibility for the EMEA region at an operational level. This role will involve supporting employees and managers across all the countries in Europe and Australia. You will manage EMEA payrolls, policy development and guidance, employee relations issues, system updates and analytics, support compensation plans, reviews and benchmarking. You will have responsibility for: * Talent Management * Sourcingandrecruitment * Reward and compensation * Policyandcompliance * Office Management
Skills: * Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy * Strong IT skills to include MS Word, Excel (intermediate level) * Exceptional organisational skills and ability to work under pressure * Ability to meet fluctuating deadlines at short notice and willing to be flexible to reach deadlines * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish * Able to prioritise high workload volumes and multitask where necessary * Confidentiality and displays discretion * Strong team player but with the ability to work independently * Ability to build and maintain relationships and provide a high level of customer service Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related majors, or equivalent. Experience * Relevant experience in a similar role is essential * Experience working for an international business operating in numerous regions in EMEA is desirable * Experienced HR Administrator and payroll specialist * Experience in managing, coordinating and administering HR policies and processes Personal qualities * High learning agility who can adapt quickly to the task at hand * Someone who deals with detail accurately * Analytical skills and interest * HR operational experience * The ability to balance commercial thinking with an HR governance and policy mindset * Being accessible and approachable * Someone with a hands-on approach who will get involved to help on any HR related matter when required * The ability to compile and analyse HR related data to identify trends and support the business to make meaningful people-based decisions * Someone who is results and completion orientated who will finish what they start and challenge our business to do the same * Good understanding of employment law under the managers guidance
