This person will ensure the effective delivery of the HR policies, procedures and practices. This person will several production plants and will report to Global HR Director. Description The candidate will have: - To lead and develop all aspects of the labour relations at the sites in accordance with specific policies, budgets and objectives to reach appropriate application of the law within a sustained favourable working atmosphere. - To focus on talent attraction, recruitment, training, development and building strong succession plans. - To coach, guide and influence supervisors to manage HR principles, processes and tools. - To implement Compensation & Benefits policy including processing all salary actions, monitoring local wage trends and reporting; expats; broad banding; market references; job description. - To gain an understanding of the business needs & organisation at the different plants, support managers & employees and build strong relationships with all the stakeholders. - To cooperate with EMEA HR colleagues in international improvement projects to make the organisation simpler, smarter and stronger. - To manage the Community Engagement segment: Universities, employment local entities and unions. Profile Degree and Master in HR are required. Fluency in English. We are looking for a profile with experience in a comparable HRBP role in international matrix organisation. The candidate must demonstrate strong experience in Labour Relations and Talent Management. Job Offer Very good development opportunities through international projects.
