Description

The HR Controlling department in the Shared Service Centre in Barcelona serves as link between the Finance Departments and the HR Departments in Europe. Its main purpose is to collect, homogenise and analyse people metrics from the 13 different countries where PageGroup operates in Continental Europe in order to provide the management with accurate and reliable analytic to support their decision making.

Your responsibilities include:

 * Contributing to the data gathering and analysing
 * Assisting in the creation of standardised and automatised reports on people metrics
 * Act as a main contact between the local HR Teams and the Shared Service Centre in Barcelona


Profile

Your profile:

 * Previous experience in Finance, Controlling or data analytic
 * HR basics is a plus
 * Fluency in English is a must and any other European languages are valued
 * MS Office (Excel proficiency) & Power BI is a plus
 * Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work with data
 * Problem-solving skills, curiosity and resilience
