Global Chemical Leading Company is looking for a new HR Country Manager in Spain


Description

Lead the implementation of all HR processes

Plan and execute HR and Organizational Development policies:

 * Training and Development

 

 

 * Succession Planning and career paths

 

 

 * Performance appraisal

 

 

 * Employee Climate Surveys and Change Management

 

 

Manage talent acquisition processes:

 * Recruit internally and via external provider

 

 

 * Headcount planning and budget process

 

 

 * Onboarding of the new employees

 

 

Define retention and performance development policies

Implement compensation and benefits policies according to the Company's targets

Support of the managers in all legal issues (labour law)

Manage specific HR Project (IT Tools, implementation of new HR processes from the HQ, etc.)

Budgeting and Reporting

Salary and Payroll management

Working time Administration

Cooperation and negotiation with the Works Council

Cooperation with the Work Safety Council


Profile

* Bachelor or Master's Degree

 * Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR Manager position (preferably in a B to B industrial context)

 * Excellent knowledge of the Spanish labour law

 * Excellent communication and conflict management skills

 * Goal orientation, ability to work under pressure and to deal with sensitive and confidential information
