Funciones

The HR Controlling department in the Shared Service Center in Barcelona serves as link between the Finance Departments and the HR Departments in Europe. Its main purpose is to collect, homogenize and analyze people metrics from the 13 different countries where PageGroup operates in Continental Europe in order to provide the management with accurate and reliable analytics to support their decision making.


Description

* Contributing to the data gathering and analyzing

 * Assisting in the creation of standardized and automatized reports on people metrics
 * Supporting in the mapping and documenting of our reporting processes


Profile

* Previous experience in Finance, Controlling or data analytics
 * HR basics is a plus 
 * Fluency in English is a must and any other European languages are valued 

 * MS Office (Excel proficiency) & Power BI is a plus 

 * Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to work with data 

 * Problem-solving skills, curiosity and resilience
