Description

* Leading the HR Department coordinating a team mainly focused on Talent Acquisition and Talent Management

 * Acting as a strategic partner internally and externally to support the company in a phase of strong growth

 * Defining and implementing the Talent Acquisition strategy, managing and inspiring the team

 * Designing and coordinating all the Talent Development and Training processes cooperating with several stakeholders inside the organization


Profile

* University degree or equivalent qualification

 * Solid track record in HR in senior positions, mainly focused on Talent Acquisition and Management

 * Experience in companies with similar size (minimum 1500 headcount)

 * Experience in direct management of high performance teams

 * High level of English and Spanish

 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: we are looking for a very dynamic person able to think out the box and to be versatile and flexible
