Funciones

His/Her mission will be to develop and implement the HR Strategy in order to support the business strategy and helping to achieve the objectives in the short and long term.

* In line with the business strategy the HR Director develop and implement yearly HR Strategy, as well as the long term strategy to ensure business success. 

 * Reports to management and provide as a change agent decisions support trough HR metrics. 

 * In the mainframe of the company leadership competencies, support the management in the realization of their teams and businesses objectives and develop together a strong performance culture and bridge management and employees in the following areas. 

 * Employees relationships and demands. 

 * Employees development engagement, motivation and human resources preservation. 

 * Employees recruitment and selection process. 

 * Employees appraisal management process. 

 * People review and succession plan and development plan. 

 * Preparation, update and review of HR policies and procedures. 

 * Internal communication, both in terms of form and content. 

 * Maintain and develop the compensation and benefits program. 

 * Conduct pay and benefit surveys Hays system. 

 * Prepare pay and benefit budgets, revisions, recommendations, updates. 

 * Individual action plan. 

 * Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Human resources and labor authority requirements. 

 * Maintain the relationships with internal and external social partners and ensure constructive relationships with the consultative meetings safety committee company committee…. 

 * People and Team performance. 

 * Ensure good understanding of the company goals in order that teams and individuals goals are aligned. 

 * Manage and coach direct reports in order to achieve company and HR objectives. 

 * Follow up of individual performance and behavior. 

 * Build a working climate of trust and accountability. 

 * Identify individual and teams training needs and provide necessary support.

MASTER DEGREE IN LABOR RELATIONS / WORK SCIENCES

MASTER HR MANAGEMENT

MASTER RISK PREVENTION

 

Between 5 and 10 years of experience in HR Management position in industrial environments

Experience in multinational companies and in the process of organizational change

Experience in implementation and development HR Projects

 

Hig Level of English
