Funciones

 * Perform diverse and complex assignments covering a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation planning and management, organization development, affirmative action, and training.
 * Provide day to day performance management guidance to internal business clients (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Work closely with management and employees to foster productive work relationships, increase employee commitment, engagement, productivity and retention.
 * Supports talent acquisition needs (drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews for prospective candidates, etc.) Interview applicants, extend offers to qualified applicants, and initiate the respective locations onboarding process.
 * Serve as an employee advocate and counselor to ensure that employee concerns are promptly addressed and resolved consistent with company values, policies, and/or practices.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.

Requisitos

 * Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
 * English spoken and written correctly.
 * Preferably: German as extra language.
 * Knowledge and interest of employment and labor laws.
 * Strong consultative, mentoring, coaching and presentation skills.
 * Sound business acumen and demonstrated ability to establish credibility, trust and partnership at all levels of the organization.
 * Judgment and integrity, including insightful and creative decision making skills.
 * High level of independence and initiative while working effectively as part of a team and high level of accountability for assigned responsibilities.
 * Results and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
 * Strong oral and written communication skills.
 * Effective interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate, influence, negotiate, resolve conflicts and effectively coach both managers and employees.
 * Strong business and process knowledge and the ability to work both tactically and strategically to meet the needs of the business with a sense of urgency.
