Important Multinational Company is looking for a new HR Generalist EMEA


Description

* HR support, assistance and guidance to employees (Latin America & EMEA)

 * HR data management

 * Managing Recruitment and On Boarding processes

 * Cooperating with Finance to prepare payroll monthly processes

 * Compensation & Benefits and HR Analytics


Profile

* Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field

 * Three to Five years of experience as an HR Coordinator or Specialist

 * Experience in HRIS environment (i.e. Workday)

 * Strong organisation Skills and attention to detail

 * Integrity, transparency, team-oriented approach


Job Offer

Excellent command of English and Spanish. Highly desirable to French or German

Requisitos
