Funciones

Page Group offers you the opportunity to be part of the new Shared Services Center in international Barcelona and to join one of the world's best knows and most respected recruitment consultancies. HR Generalist within PageSSC.

 * Providing advice and support to SSC employees, managers and reporting when required.
 * Ensuring compliance with employment laws & security and health plans, company procedures, best practice and legislative requirements.
 * Assisting in dealing with organisational issues, developing solutions and implementing action plans in the SSC.
 * Preparing HR communications to employees, managers and stakeholders.
 * Supporting the implementation of HR policies
 * Assisting in training activities for the SSC employees.
 * Providing support for corporate social responsibility and well being initiatives.
 * Assisting in SSC recruitment, hiring processes and on-boarding.
 * Supporting international employees with their foreign country and settling-down queries.
 * Documenting all activities and changes within appropriate systems timely and accurately

Requisitos

 * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position with international exposure.
 * Experience in an international/SSC environment and local labour law knowledge will be asset.
 * Ideally bachelor's degree in Labour Relations, Business Administration/Finance or equivalent
 * Fluency in English and any other European languages will be asset.
 * Good level of MS Office programmes (excel, power point etc.), Navision Dynamics will be a plus.
 * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
 * Accuracy, attention to detail and excellent quality management skills are required in this role includes good people skills - this can include managing regional client, employee and supplier relationships.
 * Positive "Can do" attitude, proactivity and ability to work in a team environment.
 * Ability to work with multiple clients in a professional and constructive manner.
 * Highly organised, excellent multi-tasking skills and results driven.
 * Organized, high-quality of work and results driven.
 * Commitment to maintaining excellent customer service levels
 * Ability to work in a faced paced environment with ease and patience
