Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with the Boutique Directors and provide strategic HR support to achieve business objectives. Build strong relationships with store leadership to understand their needs and challenges. Labor Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for the Works Council, ensuring compliance with labor laws and facilitating constructive communication between management and employee representatives. Proactively manage and resolve labor relations issues, providing guidance on relevant legal matters. Talent Acquisition and Retention: Partner with the Head of HR to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for retail positions. Support talent retention initiatives, including career development, succession planning, and performance management. Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall well-being. Conduct regular feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and address concerns. Training and Development: Identify training needs within the retail team and collaborate with the Head of HR and local training manager to implement development programs. Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, regular check-ins, and performance reviews. Provide guidance on performance improvement plans when necessary. Policy Implementation: Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across retail locations. Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and proactively adjust policies as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a retail environment. Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Salario según experiencia de 35.000€ - 40.000€ Ambiente de trabajo en equipo y colaborativo. Híbrido - dos días remoto/semana. Madrid Jornada completa, viernes hasta las 3pm. Contrato temporal por baja maternidad de 5 a 7 meses Empresa líder sector Lujo
