Our client is a leading global chemical production and distribution company. For their future development plans, we are looking for a HR Generalist.

Great HR Generalist opportunity. Fast growing and demanding environment with a lot of multitasking opportunities. Description Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties Providing support and advice to more than 200 internal clients from various levels, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, records management, employee relations, compliance, and labor relations. Preparing HR communications to employees and managers. Supporting the implementation of HR policies. Assisting in training activities for the employees. Compiling and updating employee records, ensuring compliance with employment law & social security according to the company procedures, collective agreement and best practices. Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential. Maintains quality service by following organization standards. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Manages client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Documenting all activities and changes within appropriate HR systems in a timely and accurate manner. Profile Minimum of 5/7 years of experience in a similar position with international exposure. Ideally bachelor's degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration/Finance or equivalent Fluency in English and other European language is asset Good level of MS Office programs (excel, power point etc.) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required. Accuracy, attention to detail and excellent quality management skills are required in this role includes good people skills - this can include managing regional client, employee and supplier relationships. Ability to work with multiple clients in a professional and constructive manner. Highly organized, excellent multi-tasking skills and results driven. High-quality of work and results driven.
