Funciones

 * To partner with the HR Manager, the Country Managing Partner, the wider partnership and other support functions to implement and execute the organisation and people agenda.
 * To contribute to the execution of business goals such as talent development, recruitment and retention, remuneration, performance management, career pathways, the work force of the future and diversity and inclusion.
 * To act as an independent and trusted advisor to the stakeholders of the firm and to the partnership at large in order to support the international people priorities and HR operating model.
 * To establish strong relationships with Partners and colleagues across the firm, continuing the growth of the firm's values.
 * To work and collaborate with the International Talent Acquisition team with respect to recruitment activities for both experienced hires and early careers.
 * To work and collaborate with the International Learning & Development team to develop, evolve and implement the Firm's Learning strategy, plan and practices, in conjunction with the overall people strategy.
 * To work with stakeholders and subject matter experts to translate learning needs into compelling, high impact learning experiences.
 * Support the HR team with respect to activities related to the employee life cycle as required.
 * Support new employee orientation including provision of information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages.
 * Support the management in activities related to Talent Mapping and Development and Employees Performance Review and any other activity related to employee's workflow.

Requisitos

 * Previous expertise in Human Resources with a solid understanding of talent management, learning and development, talent acquisition, reward, performance management and workforce planning.
 * Strong interpersonal skills.
 * Business level written and spoken English is essential (C1).
 * Proven organizational and prioritization skills and a pragmatic approach.
 * Experience of working collaboratively in a high-touch environment, with some exposure to a professional services sector.
 * The ability to make informed judgements in line with the firm's values and behaviors.
 * Strong level of commercial awareness.
 * Personal commitment and learning attitude.
 * Energetic and entrepreneurial mind-set.
 * Motivated and team player.
