To support the full employee life cycle for all employees in Germany with particular focus on recruitment, training and delivering a high-performance culture.


Description

* Provide the recruitment team with a resource plan that gives details of how many people we

need to hire.

* Support the recruitment process for all field (business centre) roles to ensure we fill roles in a

timely manner with suitable candidates. Ensure we continually have a strong pipeline of suitable

candidates.

* Ensure all new recruits are inducted and on-boarded successfully and given the appropriate

training to allow them to be successful.

* Champion a performance culture that puts customers at the heart of everything we do and drives

commercial performance.

* Provide employee relations guidance and support to line managers across all aspects of HR

policy.

* Own and drive HR projects and initiatives that improve the business for our customers and

colleagues


Profile

* HR Generalist with experience of working in a fast paced, results focussed environment.

* Native/Bilingual German speaker with prove track records in either German organizations or in Germany

* Used to working in a role where the ability to multi-task and continually deliver against tight

timescales is required.

* Strong customer and commercial focus.

* Proactive with a positive, can-do attitude.

* Structured, but with experience of working in a changing and ambiguous environment.

* Good team player, able to engage and influence others.

* Good communication skills.

* Highly results-oriented

* A self-starter who works equally well independently and in a team
