By joining this team as Manager for the HR team in Madrid you will have a key role in establishing this new function, and to help ensuring excellent service deliveries to managers, employees, and HR colleagues. You will lead the development of the Madrid team, both in terms of the people matters (performance and salary discussions, development plans, etc.) and in ways of working.


Description

* Lead day-to-day deliveries from the HR Madrid team. 
 * Manage people administration and development of people skills to meet future needs.
 * Together with your team, drive continuous improvements in ways of working.
 * Ensure a healthy work environment in line with the Company.
 * Measure and improve efficiency in service deliveries.
 * Build a network with peers within the company.
 * Take an active role in developing the SSC.


Profile

* University degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
 * Experience from working within the HR field.
 * Practical experience of leading and developing people.
 * Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
