Funciones

HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the HRBP for Switzerland, servicing to more than 120 internal clients with the day-to-day management of HR operations, administration of payroll & benefits liaising with the 3rd party providers, legal & labor relations.


Description

Based in Barcelona and reporting directly to the HR Business Partner in Switzerland, you will have the responsibility of the HR Administration for 130 employees. You will be as well involved into different projects linked to Training and Talent Development.

 

Your main tasks will cover the following:

 

 * Contributing to the efficient day-to-day operation of the HR function

 

 

 * Establishing contracts, contract amendments, various attestations, work certificates, salary increase letters and any other requested documentation 

 

 

 * Supporting the on-boarding of new employees and exit procedures

 

 

 * Preparing the monthly payroll for permanent employees, in close collaboration with our external payroll provider

 

 

 * Establishing social insurances, accident, sickness, maternity leaves declarations

 

 

 * Maintaining and updating employees records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and all legal requirements

 

 

 * Preparing and organising the Induction Training Program

 

 

 * Monitoring HR actions through various surveys and analysis


Profile

* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in a fast moving environment

 

 * Swiss HR knowledge is a strong plus

 

 * Strong organisational skills and details oriented

 

 * Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously

 

 * Proactive, open-minded, agile and motivated to learn and develop

 

 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, networker

 

 * High level of integrity and of confidentiality

 

 * Excellent written and oral German, English is imperative (French is a plus)
