Funciones

HR Payroll and Administrative Coordinator


Description

* Coordination of payroll activities for 200+ employees.
 * Managing joiners and leavers´ documentation.
 * Overview and coordination of compensation & benefits.
 * Managing the employee absences, administrating the ERP used.
 * Performing different administrative tasks (reporting, stakeholder management etc.).
 * Giving support to recruitment and L&D processes.


Profile

* Previous experience in a similar role (2-4 years)
 * Bachelor´s Degree
 * Advanced English level, Spanish is a plus
 * Well organized and details oriented
 * Advanced MS Excel knowledge
 * Good communication skills
