Buscamos para una empresa líder un HR Payroll and Advisor para apoyar al departamento de RRHH.


Descripción de la oferta

* Responsible for Management of Salary computation, including additional payments and recoveries, ensuring payroll accounting accuracy and payments on time in the respective bank accounts.
 * Manages salary and monthly variations on monthly basis and final settlements.
 * Ensuring pension deduction and contribution to the pension fund is managed properly and by due date.
 * Ensuring proper allocation of cost and entries in the GSAP system; reconcile ledger accounts.
 * Manage Annual Merit Review Cycle and process as well as salary audits with internal and external auditors.
 * Responsible for ensuring expense management pay backs through the monthly payroll cycle, guaranteeing claims are within policy.
 * Prepare full and final settlement of staff on separation processes and ensure payments within a reasonable time.
 * Focal Point of SAP HR, WorkDay, Merit Review, Staff Hiring and Leaving processes.
 * Coordinate Fringe Benefits administration and 3rd Party providers.
 * Manage leave, redundancies/dismissal processes close to Country HR Manager.
 * Ensure all reports and supporting documents are prepared and sign off according to timeline.
 * To assist processor in project involvement (new systems, updating processes to legal and company framework, etc.).
 * Workday Implementation.
 * Support to Collective Dismissal Process.
 * Working Schedule Management.
 * Leavings, indemnity packs, latest payments.
 * Labor Law advice to employees and Line Managers.
 * Tax/Social Security/Labor Inspections.
 * Support to individual and collective dismissal processes.


Perfil del candidato

* Fluent English
 * University degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resource, Labor Law, Business Administration, Economics.
 * Labor legislation accumen is a must.
 * Minimum 4 years of work experience - previous experience in multinational Payroll & Administration is a must.
 * Good working knowledge of MS Office. Mastery on Excel Spreadsheet i.e Pivot Data, Macro, Data Validation
 * Analytical Skills.
 * Flexibility and proactiveness
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 * Emotional Intelligence knowledge.
 * Resilience and proactive.
