Great payroll position in a global multinational retail company


Descripción de la oferta

* Research, analyse and retrieve data to prepare and maintain complex payroll records for Belgian offices.

 * Preparation and management of the payroll, as well as the processing of the Social Security, mutual and IRPF procedures.

 * Administrative procedures associated with the department, ensuring the processes efficiently and in compliance with the current labor legislation of different EU countries.

 * Develop and maintain business processes and application documentation.

 * Generate reports in Excel from multiple data sources and perform ad-hoc analysis.


Perfil del candidato

Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject and a minimum of 2 year's HR experience. Payroll experience, specifically Belgian payroll and knowledge of Belgian Labour Law. Ability to deal with large amounts of employee data and maintain confidentiality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Fluent in Flemish or French and have an good command of English and/or Spanish. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with advanced skills in Excel.
