Funciones

HR Senior Generalist with english C1


Description

Drive operational recruitment process (Job description, posting on job boards, communication on social media)
Job posting (internal WD, linked in, universities, business schools)
Candidate interview
Organise interview process in coordination with Managers & HRBP
 
Contact & negotiation with recruitment & selection providers
Coordinate relations with schools & universities
Offer letter negotiation
Discard involved candidates 
Prepare contracts 
Recruitment follow up (trial period)
Coordinate on boarding process on HR Adm & payroll side:
Required personal documents 
Communication to payroll provider and prepare documentation for a new starter 
Include in workday 
Communicate to IT department (request laptop, mobile, and all needed)
 
 
 
Order health & safety material (if needed)
Internal communication to inform the company for a new joiner 
Welcome round first day and introduce new joiner to the team 
Send welcome mail with HR resources and company presentation 
Communicate accurate reports on recruitment & training cost
Monthly accruals calculation (ex : holidays, …)
link between the FSC and our suppliers for regular Data & information preparation for finance : process of quarterly/annual account closing, external auditors request…)
Point of contact with finance coordinating data & information gathering with the HR team
 
prepare and share all accounting records of payroll, illness and temporary (share point every 22sd) and notify any changes.
Compensation, title, grade change in WD
Communication to payroll provider regarding compensation & benefits changes
WD training: new hires (monthly), middle and end year review
Accurate maintain data (transfers, supervisory org creation/deactivation; locations creation/deactivation); maintenance of sick leave, maternity leave of long term absences etc; personal data updates, software incident management
keep policies and procedures updated (legal consultations, changes in the wording of the text …)
Give information and resolve questions to employees
 
Labour law follow up & update
Individual agreements with the employee, certificates: changes in work conditions, school and bank certificates.. 
Contact our external labour consultant for legal advice
application of current legislation day by day: review of salaries, permits, agreements
immigration consultations and follow-up
legal workshops
Communicate to our payroll provider: Joiners & leavers, individual changes, sick leave 
Drive monthly payroll process for BDO: payroll receipt and review
Communicate payroll information & reporting to the FSC : prepare and share the accounting reports
Coordinate annual information from providers on benefits (life insurance, health contract, company cars…)
Drive relationships with HR external provider on benefits : Health insurance, life insurance, Lunch, transport and kindergarten vouchers.


Profile

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:
 - Bachelor or Graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Law or Labor Relations and HR - At least 4-5 years of experience in the position - English C1 oral and written - Resolute person with great versatility capacity in the department - Willing to learn and enter a leading company for a long-term project
