Jumbodiset is looking for a Global HR Specialist, reporting directly to the Group HR Director.

The Group HR Specialist will be responsible for the design and execution of HR Global initiatives, with a special focus on Talent Management and KPI's analysis.

The job contains:

 * Designing and implementing Global HR Policies and procedures.
 * Finding internal and external talents at global and local level.
 * Collaborate in the development of HR projects, looking for technical solutions if needed and assuring feasibility and cost control.
 * Help to define the Global Corporate Culture and act as company ambassador.
 * Run and create standard HR reportings and monitor KPI's.
 * Create and develop relevant training programs, retention activities and compensation systems.
 * Implement Global Employer Branding Strategy across the Group.


Perfil del candidato

* Degree in Psychology, Business Administration or similar.
 * Minimum two years' experience in an HR Department with general understanding of HR processes and policies in an international context.
 * Full command of Spanish and English.
 * Excel advanced user and used to work with HR metrics.Passion to work with people.
 * Competencies: Communication, proactivity, results orientation, adaptation to change, customer orientation, planning and organizational skills, teamwork, creativity to find unique solutions and ability to implement them.
 * Excel expert level.

* Permanent contract with trial period
 * Flexible schedule. Mon-Th 8h30. V. 7hours.
 * Telework on wednesdays and fridays
 * Barcelona - Zona Franca
