Funciones

The main purpose of this role is to lead change management projects & manage all ongoing HR related operations and processes for the business in Spain as a member of the regional management team.


Description

* Leading and managing the people management agenda for the business in Spain as a member of the management team, including all ongoing HR operations: Labour Relations, control of external HR administration, quality control with external service (risk prevention), HR IS projects, etc.

 * Leading change management projects and managing the HR related internal and external communication.

 * Taking an active role in sharing the responsibility for business goals and targets delivery.

 * Managing the performance management process alongside the leadership team and all managers, ensuring that the process enhances business performance.

 * Taking a lead in active talent management, identify and prepare development plans for the key employees and high potential employees.

 * Actively supporting development and transfer of best practices from the Global Operations Development Centre into the local business.

 * Acting as a facilitator for the local leadership team to ensure high performance and actively contribute to the global HR community.


Profile

* Graduate degree in a relevant field, HRM preferred.

 * Fluent in Spanish & excellent level of business English. Knowledge of Catalan is a plus.
 * Minimum 7 years of broad, generalist HR experience.
 * Deep HR experience across Recruitment, Pay & Reward, Performance Management, Change Management and all aspects of operational HR.
 * Strong understanding of Employment Law and Employee Relations.
 * Business and industry knowledge.
 * Facilitation, coaching and cross-cultural communication skills.
 * A strong collaborator with the ability to network with various Business and HR functions.

Requisitos

Graduate degree in a relevant field, HRM preferred.
