Your main responsibilitySupport in employee administrative management: Collaboration in drafting contracts, managing social security registrations and deregistrations, and filing documentation with the external provider. Monitoring and tracking schedules and shifts: Support in supervising work time records and managing absence control. Collaboration in labor relations management: Assisting in resolving employee inquiries about their contracts, labor rights, and vacation. Assistance in collecting data for HR reports: Support in preparing workforce, turnover, absenteeism, and other key indicator reports. Your main qualifications/skillsFriendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything.
