Funciones

Duties: Assists with the day-to-day administration of the following programs for all Locally-Employed-Staff (LES) employees from the Department of State and all other Agencies in the administration of the Local Employment Program: Local Social Security System, Sick Leave, Special Leave, Compensation, Benefits and Official Residence Employees (ORE) and domestic workers.

Qualifications and Evaluations: 
 
Applicants must address each required qualification listed below with specific information supporting each item.? Failure to do so will result in a determination that the applicant is not qualified. 

Education: Completion of secondary school is required.  

Requirements: 

Experience: Three years of administrative experience in Human Resources and Administration.   

Job Knowledge: Must have a good working knowledge of the Department of State and associated agencies. Must have a good working knowledge of Spanish labor law and Spanish Social Security guidance and procedures.  

Language: Level 3 (good working knowledge) of English speaking/reading/writing. Level 4 (fluent) of Spanish speaking/reading/writing. This will be tested. 

Skills and abilities: Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with American and LES employees at all levels. Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook), Internet and the Overseas Personnel System (OPS).
