Job description

Danfoss Spain is looking for an HR Generalist based in San Sebastián (Guipúzcoa) to support one of our business units, recently acquired, with a workforce of 70 people.
Time to time you could support other HR tasks for Danfoss in Spain (85 people located in Madrid and Barcelona), in coordination with the country HR based in Madrid.
You will report to the Regional Head of HR for the South Europe Region (France, Italy, Spain).

Your tasks

• Manage and supervise all task related to payroll and benefits in coordination with external payroll provider and performance general personnel administration tasks.
• Performance necessary actions in on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
• Provide support to ensure successful process related with Employee Mobility.
• Act as first line of support for global processes related to performance, annual Salary review and Short-Term incentive.  
• Ensure global standards and internal procedures compliance.
• Strongly support the alignment and integration of “Remote Control Business Unit” in Danfoss Group.
• Overview correct legal compliance according to local labor law including relation with work council.  

Your Skills

• Bachelor equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business school, or related field.
• 5 years minimum experience in HR related areas.
• Navigates in a matrixed environment supporting different levels of stakeholders, e.g. HRBP and managers.
• High English level is mandatory and experience in Multinational (matrix organization) companies is requested.
• Euskera knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
