• Run the full process of implementation of payroll projects for your assigned clients • Successfully manage the delivery of solutions on time and accordingly to the client´s needs • Prepare reports, satisfaction surveys and KPI's statistics • Stay in close contact with the client on a regular basis in order to build a long-lasting relationship • Keep records, consolidated reports and exported data to be supplied to the new clients • Obtain feedback after the implementation process is finished, evaluate the status of the payroll, check client satisfaction and develop an action plan to resolve any issue • Act from time to time as a sales support agent to advise on how to adapt the product better to client needs at the selling process stage • Ensure a proper transition from implementation to service with the assigned Account Manager • Submit recommendations on how to improve the relationship with the client, related to the implementation phase, with company partners • Coordinate and act as a point of contact for all involved parties during the length of the implementation You will learn: • To improve B2B communication skills with key decision makers • To extend your business and payroll knowledge as the offered services could be applied in different sectors and types of organizations in a variety of countries • To improve your ability to solve problems and deliver solutions quickly • To manage complex projects in companies of different sizes Recruitment steps: • Step 1: Interview with our Recruiter to get to know you better and give you advice on the recruitment process • Step 2: Interview with the company’s HR department • Step 3: Interview with the company’s Team Leader
• Key languages: Full professional level of English. Additional languages are a plus. • 3-10 years of experience in implementing or serving Payroll/HR related projects (there are available vacancies on 4 levels of seniority) • University degree or comparable education • Payroll (and HR) related training is an advantage • Project management certifications are an advantage • Proven experience in project management • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients and decision makers • Ability and enthusiasm in animating virtual meetings involving international parties • International experiences and the ability to work in a multinational environment • Availability to travel in the case of visiting a client in their offices
