Gradiant is a private and non-profit foundation who aims to develop new telecommunication systems for connectivity, intelligence and security fields. With 101 professionals and 11 registered patents, Gradiant has presented 249 R&D projects, and stablish itself as one of the main drivers for innovation in Galicia.
After ten years of activity, Gradiant has become the technology partner for industry in the field of ICT, contributing with national and international experience in technologies for privacy and security; multimedia signal processing; internet of things; biometrics; data analytics and advanced communications systems.
It has been developing technologies with great potential for industry during the last years. We are looking for a person who leads the commercial strategy to introduce these technologies into the market, establishing alliances with companies that build innovative products based on these technologies.
Demonstrate ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology
Demonstrate ability to manage customer accounts at both the CxO and technical level
Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans
Have a good working knowledge of ICT solutions
Minimum 5 years ICT solutions sales / account management experience
Experience and contacts in Sectors such as Banking and FinTech
Must be self motivated and capable of working under own initiative
Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
Experience establishing high level partnership agreements
Must welcome challenges
Executing, winning and “making things happen” attitude
Tasks, priorities and time management
Excellent collaboration skills with a wide variety of people (product management, engineering, marketing)
Proficiency in English
