Funciones

- Implementation of the Open Innovation strategy by leading and coordinating existing and new Innovation Projects for Agriculture BU.
- Start-ups scouting to identify technical solutions for the internal challenges.
- Analyze new innovative opportunities from Agriculture ecosystem/stakeholders and their potential business models.
- Work in the organization of the Entrepreneurship company program.
- Coordinate the new open innovative technologies field tests.
- Be able to bring innovation technologies from idea to market implementation.
- Work together with Innovation Team (multi departmental team).
- Actively (co-)design, test and validate new solutions.

Requisitos

- Experience in Agriculture market is a plus.
- 3 years of experience in innovation areas and familiar with innovation processes (radar start-ups, design thinking, field tests, lean and agile project management, etc.).
- Global and strategic thinking to detect new opportunities and create added value to the market (customer centricity).
- Highly motivated and committed, entrepreneurial character, strong self-drive and able to work with limited supervision.
- Results oriented.
- Positive and open mindset with strong willingness to learn and improve.
- Motivating leader and good team player.
- Availability to travel 20% of the time.
